Meet Chelsee and Charlie

Chelsee spent the day at the Dogter for her spaying and dental.

And adaptable - oh yes! Both Chelsee and Charlie had to evacuate for a hurricane just a couple of days after they arrived at foster mom's home, settled right in, slept through the storm and, as usual, found some new laps to sit on.

Chelsee enjoys her walks, is a sleeper extraordinaire and her favorite place to be is right next to her person. While she is more low key than Charlie, she wants the same - just to be loved.

Will you be the one to offer Chelsee and her little buddy, Charlie, a new lap to snuggle on?

Chelsee and Charlie went for their well doggie exam and are scheduled in a few days for their much needed dental and spay/neuter.

While they both have housebreaking issues, the vet is confident that the spay/neuter will alleviate some of this and, with some training, they may start to go outside or, at least, on a pee pee pad. For they need to be taken out to do their needs.

Chelsee and Charlie have shown themselves to be little cuddle bugs and their favorite place is on foster mom's lap or right nearby. They enjoy their daily walks, eat well and.....bonus.....like to sleep in! They sleep through the night and foster mom has to wake them up for their morning meal. They appear to be good with other dogs, cats, children and - well - everyone!

Their ideal home will be with someone who is retired or mostly at home as they do like attention and to be shown lots of love. Sweeter and more loving little dogs you couldn't ask for. Will you be that home?

Chelsee and Charlie were found lost and running in the rain at approximately 1 year old. A kind person found them and took them home, but no one ever claimed them. She had them for 11 months until her recent passing. As is often the case, family members are unable to keep them, so they were surrendered to emporium Yorkie Rescue.

They had some vetting done prior to bringing them to us and we found them to be quite healthy for their ages. They received all the their shots and are now pending a Well Doggie visit with Foster Mom's vet.

Their needs are simple - they just want to be loved!
