Lamzy

Meet Lamzy - yes, AGAIN!! Lamzy is a beautiful 3 1/2 month old, 5lb Yorkie . She was purchased on a well known puppy site by a family in who we assume had good intentions. Unfortunately, Lamzy was surrendered to us with no explanation. We couldn't say no when reached out for help and thanks to our amazing village we were able to have her . She was adopted in early October and then returned in late November. Essentially, the family wasn’t prepared to handle the antics of a puppy.

Named Lamzy because she is exactly that. There's no better word to describe her. This little one's tail hasn't stopped wagging since the minute we met her. She is the sweetest little love.

Lamzy would fit well in most households. She's a social butterfly but a busy one and she’s great at entertaining herself. She would be great as an only child, or with a playful canine sibling, or an active family. She LOVES to run, run, run in her foster's fenced in yard. It’s literally her favorite thing to do so we are requiring a fenced in yard for her. We know this is upsetting to some, but Lamzy has been failed by her humans twice now, we’re not going to let that happen again. A fenced in yard is what’s best for Lamzy. We’re not willing to bend here.

Lamzy had regressed slightly with housebreaking since returning to foster care. She’s back on track and has been doing great – although regression is common with a change of environment. Lamzy Pie walks well on a leash, has great recall, is crate trained, knows "sit”, "crate”, "stay”and is working on “leave it”. She is a very smart little girlie! Lamzy is attentive, treat motivated, very trainable and would absolutely THRIVE with continued training or agility. Girlfriend loves to use her brain!

Lamzy is UTD on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. She gets along beautifully with all.
